Application Scope

XYP-PL fertilizer processing equipment (Drip irrigation fertilizer, BB fertilizer, water soluble fertilizer pakcing equipment), is produced according to domestic and overseas solid fertilizer technology, a new generation of practical fertilizer processing equipment

Working Process:

1. Automatic materials batching system

Mix 3-6 kinds of materials according to the requested weight proportion

2. Materials elevating and mixing equipment

Elevate the materials to mixing machine; Mix and discharge the materials automatically; 500kgs materials can be mixed one time. Mixing and discharging time can be set up.
3. Automatic weighing and packing system

Convey the mixed materials to hopper of packing machine. Weighing and filling the materials to bags and sealing the bags automatically.

4. Control system

Control the batching, mixing, packing progress and make sure the machines work stably and continuously
